Swim Lessons Levels 

---

Level 1

• Recommended for ages 4-6 
  
• Taught in 45 minute sessions 
  
• Level 1 helps the child become further comfortable with the water and teaches them basic swim and safety skills.

Level 2

• Recommended for ages 5-8
  
• Taught in 45 minute sessions
  
• Level 2 introduces the child to basic strokes, floating, kicking, pool safety, jumping off the diving board, and treading water.

Level 3

• Recommended for ages 6-12 
  
• Taught in 45 minute sessions
  
• Level 3 builds onto child's basic stroke skills, introduction to diving, treading water, and pool safety.

Level 4

• Recommended for ages 7+
  
• Taught in 45 minute sessions
  
• Level 4 builds further onto child's basic stroke skills as well as introduce and teach breaststroke, butterfly, and elementary backstroke, diving off the diving board, treading water, and pool safety.​

Level 5

• Recommended for ages 7+
  
• Taught in 45 minute sessions
  
• Level 5 further builds onto all strokes and introduces side stroke, builds endurance, and introduces beginner dives on the diving board.
