General Party Information

​Parties are available for our members. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. Members must be paid in full prior to booking a pavilion rental.

Cancellations due to inclement weather resulting in the pool being closed will be fully refunded** or the party can be rescheduled based on availability.  
Full Payment of rental fees must be made a minimum of 24-hours prior to the reservation time.

​The CGPA lifeguards and Board of Directors are responsible for you and your guests’ safety while you and your guests are at the pool. The Board therefore have the authority to terminate a party at any time due to safety concerns.


You, as the host, are responsible for your guests and their actions, and must correct guests’ behavior in advance and/or when requested to do so by pool management. We expect all guests to act responsibly and follow pool all regulations. 

As a member of the pool, you are expected to assist the guards in cleaning the pool area after your party. 
You are responsible for excessive clean up or any damage caused by your party. 

No smoking of any kind (vapes, marijuana, tobacco, pipes) is permitted within the pool grounds. There is a smoking area OUTSIDE of the pool fence. Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination of your party and loss of fees. 

Under-aged drinking is not permitted. Life Guards will check ID’s as required. Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination of the party and loss of fees.

Each party reservation will be reviewed by the staff and the board of directors to determine proper staffing. 

​Remember, this is a community pool and we expect you to treat our facility as you would your own property. Failure to do so will result in either asking the offenders to leave or early termination of the party.


* The member hosting the party is responsible for clean-up of the pavilion after their party. 
** If, due to inclement weather (because the pool is closed) , we will do our best to reschedule your party or refund your money less the non-refundable party booking fee. If you decide to cancel your party, it must be done 24 hours prior to the party due to staffing issues. Failure to do so may result in loss of your rental fee. 

Day Parties:

Day Parties are from the hours of 12:30 PM – 9PM. You can start setting up your party 30 minutes prior., with permission of the manager on duty. Your guests will not be permitted into the pool prior to the start of your party. You need to allow all members to access the pool and the guards to do some basic cleaning (if necessary), prior to starting your party. Please make your arrangements with the pool staff. 
  • A $150 flat fee will be charged for all day parties with a maximum number of 50 people per party. 
  • Day Parties (if available) can be scheduled Monday through Saturday. No Sunday Day parties will be available this year. 
  • 2.5 hour block start at 12:30 PM.
  • $50 non-refundable Day Party Booking Fee must be paid by cash or check at time of booking. (No additional guest fees will be charged)
  • A list of expected party guests (for check-in) must be provided prior to party
  • All guests MUST have a completed guest waiver on file to enter pool premises. To expedite check-in have waivers pre-filled prior to coming to the pool. Download waiver and share with your guests. Any guest without waiver will need to fill out on site prior to entry
  • Timely removal of party decorations in order to provide pavilion to additional parties and members. Note: glitter, confetti and water balloons are prohibited from use.
  • All Day Parties are to be held in the rear pavilion ONLY the front pavilion is reserved for our Membership community
  • All guests joining you will be required to leave the premises at the conclusion of your party or pay the required guest fee if there are open guest slots at the end of your party 

Evening Parties:

Rentals are from 9:30 – 12:00AM.  You can start setting up your party at 9pm with permission of managers. Guests will not be permitted before 9:30 to allow members to leave and guards to do basic cleaning (if necessary), prior to starting your party. Please make your arrangements with the pool staff. The front desk will be staffed at all times during an evening party.
  • PM parties are scheduled (if available) Saturday through Thursday evenings. No Friday evening rentals. 
  • $50 non-refundable Night Party Booking Fee must be paid by cash or check at time of booking. (No additional guest fees will be charged)
  • Parties must be booked at the front desk with the manager.
  • ALL Parties must be fully paid for 24 hours prior to the party.
  • A list of expected party guests (for check-in) must be provided prior to party

​ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The City of Livonia has an 11 PM noise ordinance. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that you respect that ordinance and act accordingly. Be aware that neighbors do have the right to call the police if there is excessive noise.  Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in termination of your party, with loss of rental fee.
