CGPA is a private member swim club located in the center of Castle Gardens/Bien Park Subdivision. Membership pricing can be found on this website. If you live in the subdivision, the home owner can purchase a membership at any time. The wait list applies to only those that live outside the subdivision.
Membership is renewed on a yearly basis. There is no bond required and there is no association fee in this subdivision. Each home owner is responsible for purchasing and renewing their yearly membership.
